Community Services for Children Library

Community Services For Children provides services for young children and parents of disadvantaged families. The new Family Library features a brightly colored 'path' that connects the various functions of the facility. Those functions include a circulation desk, resource area, computer areas, play areas and a café/arts and crafts room.
